On May 29th, I'll be taking part in the Edmonton Defeat Depression event. We're going for a run with a group of friends.

Defeat Depression is a national mental health awareness, anti-stigma, and fundraising campaign that gives hope to people suffering from depression and other mood disorders while also reducing stigma. We need to contribute in whatever way we can now more than ever because it has undoubtedly impacted most of our lives in some manner.

These activities earn money for community organizations that help people with mental illnesses and their families. Because of people like you, our campaign has been a success. In communities across Canada, it includes friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and charitable organizations.
